Video Downloader Professional is a handy Chrome extension for downloading videos found around the web. In one click, you can save any video to your hard drive without the need for technical know-how.

Saving an online video can often be a tricky process, especially if there is no "Download" button that accompanies said video. In this case, your only option is usually combing through the webpage's complex source code in hopes of finding a video link. Video Downloader Professional luckily cuts out all of the guesswork by automatically detecting the correct file link and allowing you to download it to your hard drive.

While this software does turn video downloads into a one-click process, there are still a couple of noticeable drawbacks. At the time, this extension is solely supported on the Chrome browser. Also, Video Downloader Professional does not currently work with YouTube due to limitations set in place by the Chrome Store. If you're looking to use this software with YouTube, just keep in mind that it will not work.
